He joined the City Attorney's office in 2012 as a member of the Contracts Group. In 2018 he became the Chief Procurement Officer and head of the Bureau of Purchasing. Contracts can be passed on to the buyers of your business\, making your company a more attractive acquisition. \n\n- Finding More Opportunities: having a City contract can increase your networking potential and help you gain higher levels of trust with future clients. \n\n- Advantages for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses: the Bureau of Purchasing works closely with the Mayor's Economic Development Office and the Office of Supplier Diversity to ensure that City departments give due consideration to contracting with socially and economically disadvantaged businesses.
