Joi Williams (225) 242-9218 EPIC Events & Productions LLC is proud to host the Inaugural “Designed to Dine” Fundraiser Luncheon . This event is a semi-annual fundraiser event that features up to 25 tablescapes, completely decorated by event designers, local vendors, and businesses. Anyone looking to network with potential clients, enhance marketing opportunities for their business, gain positive exposure in support of life and hope for cancer survivors, should sponsor this event. In addition to breathtaking décor, the luncheon will also feature delectable cuisine, blissful cocktails and beverages, and live musical entertainment. A charity (or cause) is chosen for each event (two per year) to represent the theme of the luncheon, and 20% of all proceeds will be donated to a local or regional chapter. Each tablescape must comply to the theme, but the designers can be as creative as they choose within the theme, and can elect to design all elements (i.e. chairs, napkins, flatware, stemware, chargers, etc) to coordinate with their vision. Held on May 13, 2017, this spring’s luncheon theme is “A Passion for Purple,” in support of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness.Designed to Dine Fundraiser Luncheon
