Pre-Bid Mandatory Meeting Education Summit

The New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce presents – Doing Business with The Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association – Mandatory Education Seminar – Wednesday Aug 31st at the Hyatt Regency from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Seated is limited and attendees must RSVP and membership must be in good standing.

This year’s NORBCC Biz to Biz breakfast will include a special sourcing & procurement opportunity for members of NORBCC who attend this pre-meeting seminar to meet with the contract managers of the Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association member organizations to discuss available contract opportunities. NORBCC along with partner organizations will conduct this mandatory seminar to provide the following:

* Review of your organizations statement of qualifications/company profile or capabilities report

* Marketing Collateral & pitch presentation review

* Financial Services

* Fundamentals of Contracting

* Operations/HR/Accounting & Legal overview
