Description
We are excited to announce our kick off Mentor Training for the Half Marathon season. This is our first year using the half marathon as an official mentorship opportunity for our runners, and have big dreams for what this could mean for our kids.
Come learn what it means to be a mentor who trains alongside a Varsity runner (8th - 12th grade).
This is a REQUIRED training for any adult interested in being a mentor.
What to Expect:
- Learn roles of a mentor
- Learn about our mentees
- Learn about safety procedures of YRNOLA
- Learn expectations and requirements of being a mentor
- Vision for 2017-18 Half Marathon Season
