About Us

Deelightful Roux School of Cooking is a hands-on cooking experience that is paired with a personal guided tour into southern cuisine. Deelightful Roux is the only African American owned cooking school being taught by a New Orleans native. The focus of Chef Dee Lavigne is teaching our visitors about the amazing food and rich culture we are known for here in New Orleans.
